FilmTreks' Documentary Filmmaking Workshop - CAMBODIA June 30, 2007

Join FilmTreks in Cambodia, Summer 2007, for an exciting workshop to learn the art of documentary filmmaking through creating films on street children and young adults in Phnom Penh who are transforming their lives.

This workshop will explore the full gamut of the documentary filmmaking process from story development to camerawork, audio recording methods, interview techniques, and digital editing. Participants will work in teams of two to produce actual documentaries with real subjects; learning hands-on in an immersive environment.

The majority of our workshop participants arrive with no prior filmmaking experience and come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
