Filmmakers To Discuss Adapting A Book To Film April 22, 2012

Join filmmakers for a discussion examining if it is possible to successfully adapt a book into film and consider whether they can create a version of the story on film that is better than the book at “Based on the Book,” part of the Tribeca Film Festival’s “Tribeca Talks: Pen to Paper hosted by Barnes & Noble” panel series on Sunday, April 22 at 1:00 PM at Barnes & Noble Union Square, located at 33 E 17th Street (between Broadway and Union Square East), Manhattan.

Panelists include filmmakers Pen-ek Ratanaruang, Charles Matthau and Donald Rice.
