Canadian musical wunderkind Chilly Gonzales wrote and starred in this deeply weird comedy about a wandering Canadian chess master who invents a new style of play called "jazz chess," where the object is connecting with the music inherent in the game instead of winning. This causes an uproar on the international chess circuit and worsens relations with his brother, the reigning champion. Costarring fellow Canadian musicians Peaches, Feist, and Tiga.
