Fifth Avenue Auto Showcase October 14, 2012

Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA – Get your walking shoes ready to enjoy an afternoon of exquisite automobiles at the 4th Annual Fifth Avenue Auto Showcase. Car enthusiasts from all over San Diego County will flock to the historic Gaslamp Quarter this fall to take over 5th Avenue from K Street to E Street on Sunday, October 14th, 2012 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This free to view event will be open to the public and showcase high-performance automobiles ranging from traditional classics to lavish luxury modern vehicles. This is a car show unlike any other full of history and the most cutting edge industry knowledge. As you make your way down 5th Avenue, you’ll feast your eyes upon the makes and models of Italian exotics such as Ferrari and Maserati, to the American classics including the Thunderbird and Corvette.
The show will wrap up with the much anticipated “People’s Choice Award,” where the participants and the public have the opportunity to vote on their favorite car in the show. Proceeds from this exciting event will go towards the Gaslamp Quarter Association’s ongoing promotional programs and efforts to enhance and protect this National Historic District. The Gaslamp Quarter Association is the 501(c)6 non-profit trade organization of the Gaslamp Quarter in the heart of Downtown San Diego.
