Field Investigations for Educators June 8, 2012

Together with Region 20, Boerne ISD, the University of Texas San Antonio and Edwards Aquifer Authority, the Cibolo Nature center has created this special workshop for teachers. Bird surveying, monarch butterfly monitoring and water quality assessment are all activities that directly involve students, allowing for a better understanding of their local ecosystem. Both outdoor and classroom instruction techniques will be covered. This session is aimed at instructors of grades K-7.
