Join the fight to end multiple sclerosis on October 28 at a benefit for the NYC Chapter of the National MS Society
The Manhattan Society, the junior committee at the New York City Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, will host its first annual Halloween soirée ? F?te de Fright ? on Thursday, October 28, 2004, at The Cutting Room, in Manhattan.
Join a lively group of young professionals and sample great food provided by local establishments, along with music, open bar, dancing, a costume contest and raffle prizes. Tickets are $50 and are limited in availability. Guests must be 21 years and older to attend. Tickets are available at www.msnyc.org or by calling the Chapter at (212) 463-7787.
One of the most successful young professional organizations in New York, The Manhattan Society raises money to fund direct service programs for the thousands of people in New York City with MS and their families and to support critical MS-related research.
Since in 1985, The Manhattan Society has raised more than $6 million through fun, high-profile events. The group supports a variety of different MS-related programs, such as support for MS specialty nurses, educational scholarships, sports and wellness programs, and local research grants. There are currently more than 250 active Manhattan Society members.
