Festive Collection Exhibition September 26, 2008

Ragaas is showcasing a ‘Festival Collection’, including designer saris, jewellery, clothes for infants, ethnic bags and home textiles. Women entrepreneurs such as Tuhil, ISA, Tara’s Jewellery, Baby’s Breath and Home Textiles will display their creations. The saris created by Tuhil are embellished either with block printing or embroidery. They come with blouses, sometimes even two, giving users a choice. Tuhil undertakes orders to transform old and used saris. It also executes designs suggested by individuals. The collection on show comprises georgettes, tussars and crepes to match the festive mood.
