"Festival of Women in the Arts 2009 Gala Opening" February 28, 2009

Come celebrate the Gala Opening of the 2nd Festival of Women in the Arts. Festival events will continue throughout the entire month of March at more than 30 venues in the Twin Tiers area featuring more than 20 collaborating organizations! Please show your support and join us as we begin the celebration tonight and continue to enjoy the events all month. Most Festival events are free and open to the public.
