Festival Mozaic Dinner in the Piazza July 22, 2010

In 1971, a young Cal Poly professor had a dream for a music festival in San Luis Obispo and made it a reality. At this tribute dinner, we honor the vision of the Festival’s founding music director, Clifton Swanson, in a pre-concert dinner in beautiful Mission Plaza. Chef Charles Myers of Big Sky Café prepares a unique menu paired with the finest Central Coast wines–a celebration just steps away from the evening’s Best of Baroque concert at the Mission.
