I ordered a canopy twin bed for my daughter from fellers 12-24-07 and up to this day have not received my order. I went to the auction sale to see if my order was in, only to be told my Allan that I would have to come the following week. The store has been empty since Tuesday following the auction. I've called everyday since and spoke to Nancy the saleperson only to be told that she does not no when I would get my money back or my item. Please help
