The Downtown Neighborhood Association's "Out to Dinner's" are kicking off their first gathering on Wednesday, February 7, 2007 at 6:30pm.
We will be enjoying a sampling of the European at Gasthaus Zur Linde with a great buffet spread with guest speaker Kriss Knowles and Jorge Phillips from the Small Business Development Center at ECC. They will tell what is going on within the IRS and what your chances are of being audited (both as an individual and a business). Learn how to avoid the red flags that will get you a visit by the IRS, along with come learn how to find the right accountant for your needs. Whether you are a business owner or an individual tax payer you will not want to miss this important update.
Dinner will be an array of flavors consisting of:
*Baked French Onion Soup - Bubbly hot with melted muenster cheese
*Wiener Schnitzel - A golden breaded cutlet as prepared in Old Vienna
*Rindsrouladen mit Knodel - Thinly sliced round steak, stuffed with ground beef, bacon, onion, and pickle slice, served in its out gravy
*Sausages and Kraut - A sampling of smoked and mild veal sausages served with sauerkraut
*Spetzel - German egg noodles
*Potato Dumplings - Not too much to explain but nice and tasty!
*German Chocolate Cake - Need we mention that is the only kind of chocolate cake one should ever indulge on?:)
The cost is $15.95 which includes soda and coffee along with tax. But please remember to tip!!
With this many choices and getting free tax advice please don't miss RSVPing us by Monday, February 5, 2007!
