On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19, Le Colonial will be serving a brunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and an a la carte dinner menu from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m., plus a $55.00 three-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices of Ca Hap La Choui (steamed Chilean sea bass wrapped in banana leaves with tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, ginger with a black-bean coconut sauce); Bo Luc Lac (wok-seared filet mignon with sweet garlic-soy sauce over watercress, toy box tomatoes and crispy Russet potatoes); Ga Roti Xao Xa (lemongrass free-range chicken prepared two ways with coconut cream corn and young coconut and micro cilantro); Ca Nuong (grilled rare Ahi tuna, asparagus, and sesame onion rings with a chili soy broth); Vit Ngu Vi Huong (seared 5-spice Pekin duck breast with crispy Brussels sprouts and tamarind sauce); or a vegetarian option.
