Cajun Cheddar Cheese Fondue
A delicious blend of Cheddar Cheese, tomato and pepper sauce, and baby shrimp prepared with a beer base. Served with a variety of fresh breads, vegetables and Grannysmith Apples for dipping.

Bourbon Street Entrée:
Cajun-Seasoned Craw Fish, White Shrimp, Scallops, Filet Mignon, Breast of Chicken, Garlic & Pepper Marinated Pork and Andouille Sausage. Served with a fresh Vegetable Medley.

Entrees include our Court Bouillon cooking style. A homemade vegetable broth. Cajun seasoning or Tabasco maybe added for an extra kick

White Chocolate Praline Fondue
A creamy blend of White Chocolate, Pecans, Caramel and Makers Mark Bourbon flambéed tableside. Served with fresh Strawberries, Bananas, Mango, Rice Krispy Treat, Tasty Marshmallows, Pound Cake, Brownies, and traditional New Orleans King Cake.

New Orleans Hurricane Featured Drink
A potent combination of several different liquors and juices – Vodka, Grenadine, Gin , Light Rum, Bacardi 151 Proof Rum, Amaretto, Triple Sec, Grapefruit Juice, and Pineapple Juice.
