re(Define) (Real)ity™ is a registered trademark and movement of The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness (The Alliance). The goal of the movement promotes positive body image and encourages a healthy self-esteem.
This movement encourages our society to:
1.Celebrate diversity
2.Challenge artificial ideals
3.Empower your self
4.Define real
The Alliance was created in October of 2000 as a source of community outreach, education, awareness, and prevention of the various eating disorders currently plaguing our nation. The aim of The Alliance is to share the message that recovery is possible and that individuals should not have to suffer or recover alone. The Alliance is a not for profit, 501(c) 3 tax-exempt organization.
Little in the Middle™ is a clothing company that produces clothes using the patented OneUp™ sizing chart. The clothes are made to fit women with a smaller waist in proportion to the hips, the pear or hour glass shape. This sizing eliminates the gaping in the waist. Our mission is to encourage women to help other women. We promote positive body image and raise awareness about the dangers of eating disorders as well as encourage designers to create clothing for all body shapes & sizes using the patented OneUp™ sizing chart.
