Farm To Table, Oregon Meets Texas March 22, 2012

Travaasa Austin’s signature restaurant, Jean’s Kitchen hosts an evening of wine and fun at the Domaine Serene Wine Dinner featuring a meet & greet with Ginger Dollins of Domaine Serene at 6:30pm followed by an exquisite five-course meal at 7pm Thursday, March 29.

Each of these food offerings come from local producers and farmers, both in Texas and Oregon, accompanied by one of Oregon’s most revered wineries, Domaine Serene. This five-course meal has integrated Travaasa’s commitment to a farm-to-table approach coupled with Domaine Serene’s dedication to organic farming and terrior emphasized wine making.
