Milking: Straight from the farm! See a cow being milked and learn about the importance of dairy products to New Mexico's economy and the health of her citizens. Demonstrations Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.; Sunday, 3 p.m. Blacksmithing: Right out of the past, the blacksmith shop is a must-see attraction at the Museum! Here you can watch metal being formed into useful objects--right before your eyes. Learn about the history and importance of the blacksmith in rural communities. Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
