Farm Skills Demonstrations January 19, 2011

Milking: Straight from the farm! See a cow being milked and learn about the importance of dairy products to New Mexico's economy and the health of her citizens. Demonstrations Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.; Sunday, 3 p.m. Fiber Arts: The production of fabrics and clothing from raw materials has always required skill and patience. Sewing, spinning, weaving and embroidery are among the traditional handcrafts you will see produced at the museum. Quilting: Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to noon.
