Family Week: "One Pot Wonders" October 4, 2011

As a participant with Vail Restaurant Month and Week 3: Family Week, Sweet Basil will be presenting "One Pot Wonders."

One pot meals are not only simple for preparation and clean up, but they give us a sense of season and help to warm our bones. Most one pot meals require time for the cooking but the rewards are a delicious meal that satisfies and can be utilized many times over. Moist meat and intense flavor come from using proper technique. Let our Executive Chef Paul Anders teach you the fundamentals of one pot cooking where you will learn the basic skills needed to make the perfect hearty winter meal.
