Family Screening Clinic April 7, 2010

Walk-in health screening clinic held on the first Wednesday of each month. Regular services available include: free weight and blood pressure checks, non-fasting finger-stick total cholesterol test ($5), nonfasting venous total cholesterol/HDL panel ($10), full lipid panel cholesterol test (requires 12-hour to 14-hour fast) ($20), colorectal colon cancer screening packet ($5), glucose diabetes test (requires two-hour fast) ($5), nutritional analysis (analyzes your diet for 20 nutrients) ($5), blood typing ($5), and a free Health Care Power of Attorney presentation. No appointments are needed for these screenings.
