St. Mary Immaculate Parish hosts “A Family of Faith Fiesta”
The St. Mary Immaculate Parish Hispanic Ministry invites everyone to a “Family of Faith Fiesta” on Friday, September 18th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the St. Mary Immaculate Parish Gym and Parish Center. Help celebrate the Independence Day of several Central American nations (9/15 Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, 9/16 Mexico, and 9/21 Belize).
You can sample Hispanic foods from area restaurants. Hot dogs, condiments and lemonade will also be provided. Entertainment includes the “International Orchesta” from Europe and the Young Adult Ministry will present the play "Life Time." There will also be vocalists, a DJ and more.
Admission is a free will offering. Reservations are requested, please register by going to www.smip.org or call 815-436-2651 ext. 846.
The “Family of Faith Fiesta” is a St. Mary Immaculate Parish “Family of Faith Evening”, one of a series of social activities including concerts, dances and parties designed to provide an inexpensive evening out for the entire family.
