Family Nia May 5, 2009

Family Nia is an opportunity for your child to experience the joy of movement along with
you. Parents are encouraged to participate with their children. We play with guided and nonguided
movement, beats, sounding, and more! Family Nia is not a performance based class.
All are welcome and encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable to them.
Infants are welcome to participate by dancing with a parent. Ages 0 - 100
Visit the Woodstock Farmers Market before or after class.
