Family Friendly Lecture: Art and Magic October 26, 2010

Michael Cassin, Director of the Center for Education in the Visual Arts at the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute will lead this family friendly lecture about art and magic. Cassin will look at works of art from many different periods that deal with magic tricks and magical apparitions. Also included will be some of the paintings that hang on the walls of Hogwarts School. Merlins and muggles alike are encouraged to sample the art of magic and the magic of art.
