Family Folk Fun and Hootenanny October 19, 2006

Gigi & Mike, a charming and funny local folk duo highlighted on cable's KGEM-TV, bring their sing-along tour of American folk music history live to Monrovia Library. Through enthusiastic group singing and guitar, they share and build old stories with kids through great folk songs. They also integrate how music is written, how basic percussion instruments work, and how the kids can share and participate with their families and each other through singing. All ages. Free event.
