Family Adventures in Nature: Buckthorn Cookout November 21, 2009

Buckthorn is taking over the woods. We'll pull some buckthorn and cut it into walking sticks and firewood for a cookout in the woods. It's habitat restoration, wood projects, and marshmallows all in one. Family Adventures in Nature is a monthly Saturday program designed especially for families with children in grades K-3, but it will be enjoyed by all ages. Pre-registration is encouraged.
