In this workshop you'll chant, breathe and move slowly and methodically through asana that warm your body while calming your mind. This technique draws energy inward, sets roots downward and brings you to the innate state of meditation. A guided meditation will conclude the workshop, calming the erratic energy that fall will bring.
Some experience with flow is recommended.
