Wild Blossom Meadery makes a line of Chicago South Side wines that include South Side Shiraz South Side Sangiovese, and South Side Cabernet & Merlot. They specialize in honey wine made in Chicago ’s Beverly neighborhood using honey produced locally and along Lake Michigan shoreline. Wines will be sampled and discussed starting at 6:30pm. Free entertainment will be offered at the BAC’s Cool Jazz in the Courtyard from 7-9pm. Event organized by the BAC Young Adult Board.

Participants will be able to order wines and sign up wine making classes at Bev Art Brewer & Winemaker Supply, where Wild Blossom wines are produces.
