“Fall is Here” at Westfield Oakridge September 7, 2011

“Fall is Here” at Westfield Oakridge – for the month of September the Westfield Family program will feature fall-themed Westfield Family Fun Days, kid and family-friendly activities celebrating the new season.

On September 7, kids will be treated to a visit from Happy Birds, the performing parrot show featuring amazing parrots Yah-kee and Korbel. There will be story time with “How Many Seeds in A Pumpkin,” by Margaret McNamara and G. Brian Karas and “Count Down to Fall” by Fran Hawk and Sherry Neidigh, and kids also will create a button fall wreath to take home and enjoy a healthy snack.

On September 21, families are invited down to the Grand Opening of the Play Space in Sears Court from 3-5pm.
