A Day to Celebrate Civic Pride.
Noon parade from Sear's Auto at the Brass Mall down East Main Street to the Green.
Great local food vendors, Civil War Encampment, Children's play, Farmer's Market, Police & Fire displays, Antique Car show, Live music starting at 2pm. ..4 different bands till 7pm...and Mardi Gross, the City's safe Halloween candy bash at 5pm.
