Fall Gala With the Doobie Brothers November 4, 2011

The Ridgefield Playhouse presents their annual Fall Gala with a performance from The Doobie Brothers. Highlights include a live auction, VIP seating, open bar & dinner. The Doobie Brothers are pioneers of the California rock 'n' roll sound of the '70s. Formed in Oakland, the band evolved from a mellow, post-hippie boogie band to a slick, soul-inflected pop band by the end of the decade. Along the way, they racked up a string of gold and platinum albums, along with a number of radio hits like 'Listen to the Music,' 'Black Water' and 'China Grove.'
