Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the beautiful fall colors as the leaves begin to change while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body! We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders!

Then we'll head to a wonderfully charming farm where you will be whisked back to childhood as you go apple & pumpkin picking! Apple varieties include: MacIntosh, Cortland, Baldwin, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious, Winesap, Ida Red, RI Greening, Monroe, Northern Spy and Snow Banana. They also have a quaint country bakery where you can purchase fresh pies, donuts, hot apple cider and homemade jellies.
