Fall Festival Fun Day November 6, 2010

A day for the whole family with free fun, food, games and a variety of health screenings, plus the chance to meet the family medicine specialists at Physicians of Sugar Creek and visit with crews from Fort Bend Emergency Medical Services, Sugar Land Fire Department and Police Department.
