Fall Festival at The Golden Isles Communities September 26, 2009

Please be our guest at the Fall Festival from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2009 Entertainment will include live music, turkey shoot, bounce house and face painting, drawing for cash and prizes. Enjoy lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for a low country boil and homemade desserts.
During these hours, take a tour of the grounds of The Villas, Landings, Retreat, Plantation, Estates, Cottages and Retreat at Golden Isles. There will be a tax professional on hand to answer questions about the $8,000 federal tax credit if you purchase a new home by November 30, 2009. Lenders will be on hand to explain 100% USDA financing for properties located in USDA eligible area.
