Fall Equinox Celebration September 26, 2009

This event offers hands-on opportunities to learn about prehistoric American Indian culture. Enjoy a tools and weapons demonstration and learn a few games. Learn the alignment of the mounds with solar events, followed by a guided tour of the mound site. Weather permitting, we'll observe the sunset over Mound A, the tallest remaining mound in Arkansas. Join us for part or all of the celebration.
