In this high energy, one day workshop you will learn how to make a piece of art, using the photo of your choice, that looks like it has been around for a hundred years. I will teach you the techniques I use every day in my studio to age fabrics and papers, photo transfer images in a quick and easy way and how to "not think so much" when it comes to collage layers and embellishing. This will open up so many new ideas for you. I am as much about inspiration and artistic motivation as I am technique.

This class and the one in Chico may very well be the only 2 I teach in Northern California in 2011. Please tell your friends about these fun workshops.

I will bring tons of coffee-stained fabrics and papers etc for you to rummage through. The $40 kit will include just about everything. And what I don't have or you don't have, A Work of Heart will be offering lots of fun supplies for sale. Imagine taking a class where you don't have to bring anything but a photo!
