On a recent trip to Venezuela, Vic and Barby Ulmer led a delegation that met with members of rural and urban co-ops, visited cooperative factories, explored Venezuela’s new housing initiative, and spoke with academics, human rights activists, health officials, and a representative from the Petroleum Institute.
