"Explorers of the Lucid Dream World" Free showing June 12, 2010

Free Documentary Screening & Forum on Lucid Dreaming.

A lucid dream is a dream in which you become aware that you are dreaming while in the dream. This is an ability that can be learned, and will be explored at this event. The night will start with a short documentary about Lucid Dreaming called "Explorers of the Lucid Dream World". It will cover scientific, psychological, and Spiritual aspects of lucid dreaming. The documentary includes formal interviews with experts such as Dr. Stephen LaBerge from the Lucidity Institute, Dr. Alan Wallace from the Santa Barbara Institute of Consciousness Studies.

The documentary "Wake Up! Exploring the Potential of Lucid Dreaming" by Kira Sass and Chris Olsen will also be shown.

The documentaries will be followed by a forum on lucid dreaming moderated by Richard Hilton - Documentary Filmmaker "Explorers of the Lucid Dream World", James Wapotich - Life Coach, 360 Awareness Coaching and Laurel Lyons - Certified Usui and Karuna Reiki Master.

All are welcome to attend this free event. We will cover some of the most important aspects about dreaming that you need to know in order to have a successful lucid dream.
