Westfield Southcenter’s Westfield Family program presents The Magical Animal Kingdom for the month of June, featuring Westfield Family Fun Days designed to help kids learn about animals in the wild and in their own backyards. At these free, family-friendly activities, featuring two sessions each day, kids will play, create and learn about animals.
June 2 will feature story time with “The Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle and “The Lion and The Mouse” by Jerry Pinkney. Kids also will create caterpillars to take home, be treated to the Baby Shark Show & Tell with Rainforest Cafe’s Scuba Scott, enjoy a fun and healthy snack, and much more.
On June 16, the kids will create tissue paper teddy bears, and have story time with “Moose Tracks!” by Karma Wilson and Jack E. Davis, and “Bear Snores On” by Karma Wilson. The kids also will enjoy another healthy snack, plus Hugs & Photos with the Mariners Moose, courtesy of Mariners Team Store, and much more.
