For the first time in Singapore, China’s archaeological findings unveil the mysterious tomb of the Liao Dynasty in the Tu Er Ji Mountains. This significant discovery represents the Khitans’ influence and prominence in Inner Mongolia.
• 3D exhibition of cultural relics
From 12- 21 October 2012, Jurong Regional library will be conducting a 3D exhibition of these archaeological findings that will enable the audience to find out more about the Liao Dynasty through the elaborate designs of the tomb, the corpse and other artifacts found within the tomb. Embark on this exciting journey through the exhibition of cultural relics and discover the wonderful culture and history behind one of the most important lost dynasties: the Liao Dynasty.
