Do you feel like circumstances and deadlines control your professional life? It is easy as an independent professional and small business owner to slip into a space where the business owns you and not the other way around. With so much going on it becomes nearly impossible to work on the business instead of in the business. And then there's that pile of ideas that hold the promise to bring about important changes-if you can find the time and energy to finally make them happen.
In this presentation you will learn how to work your "Strategic Execution Process" with tools and worksheets that allow you to quickly move strategic ideas from imagination to fruition without having to kill yourself. This program provides radically pragmatic tools to break the cycle of urgency and move forward on the important ideas that expand, enhance or transform your practice.
