TOPIC: Email Etiquette
Email is the main form of written communication in most businesses, yet few of us have had formal training on how to use it appropriately. While email may be less formal than traditional business writing, it still needs to be effective in communicating your thoughts, needs, and feelings. When you send a well constructed email message, you will receive a better response, saving you time and energy when it comes to processing your email. Learn when it is NOT appropriate to use email and how to respond to those difficult email messages. Together we can change the world, one email message at a time!
At this powerful event you'll learn:
* When not to use and when not to use email.
* How to construct a powerful and effective email message.
* How your improved email composition skills affects others.
