TOPIC: Making Change: The Soul Requirement

Ms. McMahon will introduce her model for creating and sustaining Transformational Change. This is a model that she uses to support individuals, teams and organizations to cross over from the reality that you have been challenged by to the ideal one dares to envision. The model enables us to assess what obstructs the transformation, and to identify the steps necessary for executing on change…… with self and in relation to others and to the system that you share. Ms. McMahon will share the four critical areas that must be traversed to move into your vision and the two basic moves we must balance between to maintain these changes through time.

At this powerful event you'll learn:

* The specifics of the model and how to use it to assess where you are and how to clear the path to your vision
* What are the values that you must claim and integrate into your daily life / practice to close the gap between what is and what can be
* Three key points to successful execution of your plan and the manifesting of this transformation
