Evil Genius is locally owned & brewed in Cooperstown, NY.
Two of the owners, brother’s Luke and Aram, hail from just up the road in PA.
These two were joined by Mark & Trevor to start Evil Genius in September 2011.
They currently brew their beer with Cooperstown Brewing Co.
Evil Genius hopes to have a PA brewery by 2014.

Doomsday Dunkelweizen
Made using special dark malts & a unique Weisse yeast.
Strong Banana & light clove aromas please the nose,
while the beer finishes with a mild caramel flavor. 5.4%

Evil Eye PA
This American IPA is made with an abundance of hops from around the world.
A burst of citrus aromas engulf the nose,
while sweet malt flavors balance the hop bite. 6%

Pure Evil Chocolate Stout
This Oatmeal Stout is fermented with homemade chocolate syrup for several days. Roasted aromas from the stout combine with both sweet
& bitter flavors from the chocolate. 5.6%
