Every Child Ready to Read Workshop March 2, 2009

Early Talkers: For parents of children from 0-24 months

"Early literacy" is everything your child knows about reading and writing before they can actually read and write. Chewing on a book, playing with shapes, scribbling and singing silly songs are all part of early literacy. This workshop will give you the tools to help ensure your child begins school ready to read.

Adults only and registration required. All workshops will be in the Puett Room.

Talkers: For parents of children from 2-3 years: Monday, March 9, 6-8 p.m.

Pre-Readers: For parents of children from 4-5 years: Monday, March 16, 6-8 p.m.
