As the heat of the day passes into cooler night, many types of wildlife emerge from hiding. Join Jack Hiehle, biologist and wildlife ecologist, for this lovely evening walk to see beavers, muskrats, otters, birds and other wildlife. If plants are your thing, Jack can tell you about those, too. The walk is about 1/4 mile long but includes a short, steep riverbank. It is best suited for ages 12 and older. Space is limited, so make your paid reservations early at (916) 489-4918. $10 per person. Reservations required.
