Evanescence, fronted by Amy Lee, burst on the scene with such songs as 'Bring Me to Life' and 'Going Under.' Their 2004 effort, 'Fallen,' earned them two Grammy Awards; one for Best New Artist and the other for Best Hard Rock Performance. Chevelle is a guitar-driven, hard rock act inspired by bands like Helmet and Tool. Finger Eleven, from Ontario, Canada, features Scott Anderson (vocals), James Black (guitar), Rick Jackett (guitar), Sean Anderson (bass) and Rich Beddoe (drums). The members of the band first came together in high school as a funk-styled band named Rainbow Butt Monkey.
