For more than 30 years, guitarist and banjo player Eugene Chadbourne has been shamelessly traversing the fields of rock, country, jazz, improv, psychedelia and science fiction. He led the seminal band Shockabilly and has worked with scores of musicians, including Derek Bailey, John Zorn, Henry Kaiser, Susie Ibarra, Jimmy Carl Black, Joe Morris and many more. He has been praised as doing for Albert Ayler's music what Steve Lacy did for Monk.
