An amazing musical journey through the life of a great American star. Ethel Waters was the first black superstar, rising from very humble origins to fame as a singer and actress and on the Billy Graham Crusade. Broadway veteran Danielle Lee Greaves plays Miss Waters, as she looks back over her life, complete with singing Waters greatest hits - from Stormy Weather to the title song. Directed by Dayton's own Schele Williams.
