This is to let you know that the undersigned, Maria Carolina Soler Alencastre, is not involved at all, since May of this year, in the “Tango Fire” show currently touring the world.
Both my name and the name “Estampas Porteñas” are being used without my authorization for promotional purposes of the above mentioned show. I am the founder and creator of the “Estampas Porteñas” company and the registered owner of the “Estampas Porteñas” name.
Judicial actions were filed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to prevent the unauthorized use of both my name and the name of my company. Within the frame of these actions, I was acknowledged, on a prima facie basis, as the creator of the “Tango Fire” show.
By means of this letter, I want to leave record and make it expressly clear that, even if my name and the name “Estampas Porteñas” are being used worldwide for the promotion of “Tango Fire”, I am not participating in such show nor have authorized the use of my name and/or the name “Estampas Porteñas” in any manner whatsoever.
