In Letitia Sweitzers hilarious new play West of Eden, which has just won the Essential Theatre Playwriting Award 2008, Adam and Eve make just such a shift. If this sounds heavy its not. Its a laugh-all-the-way-through comedy, which raises serious questions that theatregoers will talk about long after the play.
