España Ole! Spanish Promotion August 12, 2012

Guests with a penchant for Spanish cuisine can follow the flamenco beat to Bedrock Bar & Grill and satiate their cravings during the restaurant’s month-long ‘España Ole!’ food promotion from 13 August to 15 September 2012. Bedrock sets out to capture the winsome Mediterranean tastes of Spain with a selection of chef’s specials featuring the freshest ocean catches, seasonal greens and produce from the country of bullfighting and paella. Dishes include an irresistible Octopus Salad, tossed with chorizo, olives and marcona almonds in a Ximenez sherry vinaigrette, and Catalan Fish Stew that brims with seasonal firm white fish, clams, mussels, and octopus.
